Description
Located in the vicinity of Largo Argentina in a attractive doorman building. Very near Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori and just across the Garibaldi Bridge from Trastevere. The #8 tram into and out of Trastevere is positioned moments away. Area has many cafes, trattorias and an American style supermarket is just around the corner.
Located on the 2nd Floor and a very easy walkup as the steps are quite shallow. Apartment has high ceilings, parquet flooring and is very attractively furnished. The apartment faces the inner courtyard so it is extremely quiet. One can also bring up their baggage into the apartment via an elevator which arrives at the apartment door but the door must be opened from the inside of the apartment.
Entrance into a hallway with a staircase leading to an upper floor where there is a Single bedroom and built-in armoire for clothing. Bathroom has WC, sink and Built-in shower stall and window.
To the left is the Kitchen which is attractively tiled and completely furnished with dishes, eating and cooking utensils, cookware and glassware. There is a 5 burner stovetop, large microwave convection oven, large refrig/freezer and there is a window.
From the entrance hallway one enters the living room with a large window, dining table and chairs, sofa and two comfortable chairs, cocktail table and end tables. An open staircase leads to upper level where the master bedroom is situated.
Bedroom is very spacious and has queen size bed, built in armoires, window, TV.
Bathroom is off of the bedroom and is very spacious with large sink, WC, bidet, clothes washer and window.
Excellent accommodation for 2-3 persons in a very central area.
