Villa positioned in a superb location, surrounded by trees, with stunning view over cliffs and from where it is possible to admire one of the most beautiful views of the Tuscany coast; clear water, rich depths, plants, islands, ideal place for who loves diving. This is one of the few villas hidden by a mountain, giving the peace and tranquillity of the sea below.
There are two entrances to the villa, one for cars and the other for pedestrians.
Entrance is directly into a large corridor, on the left is the living room and on the right there is a bedroom with a bathroom. Beyond this area are the stairs leading to the first floor.
Living room
Large living room, with huge picture windows overlooking the sea; furnished with 2 sofas, one in light blue cotton fabric with yellow/pink/light blue check design, the other is white with light blue cushions, 2 armchairs in the same colour fabric of the checked sofa, round glass table with white chairs, white cabinet with TV, white wooden bookcase, white console, small glass table, 2 small white armchairs and small white table, situated at the entrance of the living room. Part of the living room walls are painted white other walls are in a dark brick, the floor is in terra cotta tiles. From the living room there is access to a large terrace.
First floor:
To the left there is access to a large terrace with views. To the right, there is the dining room which has large picture windows with spectacular views. The dining area is furnished with a white dining table and chairs, white modern units a modern fireplace with various ornaments on the mantel piece in crystal and there are some wooden artefacts on the walls. From the right of the dining room, through the glass door, you can see the garden, where there are many flowers and plants and a view of the swimming pool. From the left of the dining room, there is access to the kitchen and another small garden area.
Kitchen
Kitchen spacious, with green and white tiles on walls, terra cotta tiled floor, fully furnished and equipped with white cupboards, spacious counter tops, stools. The kitchen is very bright as there is a large window overlooking the garden.
Terrace
From the dining area, there is a large glass door giving access to the rear garden and through the glass door, you have a view of the garden and of the swimming pool on the level below. The terrace area is very spacious and furnished for outside dining, and there are armchairs and sun lounges to relax and sunbathe. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is magnificent, something so beautiful, it is too difficult to describe, but it is quite possible that a view like this, is seen once in a life time!
Second floor Bedroom area:
Bedrooms - all furnished in the same way with white walls, terra cotta floors. Matrimonial bed with white wooden head board, white bed side tables with white lamps and shades, white wooden chest of drawers with mirror, TV and in each room there is an armchair in the same fabric as the bed cover and the curtains. From each bedroom there is access to a balcony, each one has a different sea view. The 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and tub. The 3 bathrooms are modern tiled, the tiles have the same design, but in different colours.
Garden
Garden, well maintained, with trees, plants and many different flowers. Various paths lead to the swimming pool area, from the pool area the views are very special as you have views of the mountain side and of the sea.
This is an ideal hideout for anyone seeking a beautiful place in the sun, which offers total privacy, but at the same time, you are within a few minutes walk to the town, for restaurants, shops and entertainment.
